Statement

We consider that, it is necessary to create a platform for dialogue between all players so that stakeholders can reach a better understanding, because meat quality products represent the non-negotiable part of the meat chain.

We need an information network where inputs are given by all the stakeholders (producers, processors, authorities, laboratories, retailers, consumers) and only relevant outputs are accessible for different stakeholders.

Common interests doubled by tight business relations led to a fruitful collaboration between the representatives of pork producers and processors.
