Pig halves are stored in the IASON SA refrigeration units until they reach the appropriate temperature for further processing in the respective processing unit of the installation. Mainly Chiropal LTD (CHIR partner 60) but also other stock farmers from the Thessally region deliver the pigs. The company is also involved in training activities and regional innovation activities. |
